These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and purchases made from Bedroommood.
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Our Products
All items are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a refund or an alternative product.
Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
We also offer customised bedding upon request. Custom orders may take longer to produce. Please note that customised items can only be returned if faulty.
Ordering & Payments
To place an order: select your items, add them to your cart, and complete checkout. You will need to provide accurate details to ensure smooth delivery.
We accept payments via:
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Klarna
If you choose Klarna, you may be offered the option to pay later or in instalments. These payment methods are provided by Klarna and are subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions.
Once your payment is complete, you'll receive an order confirmation email with shipping details.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Time:
- In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days
- Orders before 12:00 (Vilnius time) are typically dispatched the same day
Delivery Time (estimated):
Delivery time is counted from the moment your order is shipped. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to courier issues or customs clearance.
- Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: 1-3 business days
- EU & UK: 3-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-10 business days
Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping on orders over €300 within Europe
- Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: €5 (pick-up point), €8 (home delivery)
- Rest of Europe: €10
- UK: €19
- Rest of the world: €29
Please note: we do not ship to the Russian Federation or Belarus.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier or customs delays.
Taxes & Duties
- EU orders: all taxes included at checkout
- Non-EU orders: any applicable duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
Your Rights (EU)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. However, the item must not be used beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functionality.
To exercise this right, please email us at hello@bedroommood.com. Any clear declaration of your intention to withdraw is sufficient - you do not need to use a specific form.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 365-day return policy for eligible items. If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 365 days of delivery.
Please note that our 365-day return policy is a voluntary commercial policy and is separate from statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.
Eligible Returns:
- Items must be unused and unwashed
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- Used or washed bedding cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
How to Return:
To start a return, please email hello@bedroommood.com with your order number.
We aim to respond to all return requests within 1-2 business days.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email.
Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days to your original payment method.
If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size, colour or product, please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will arrange the return at no cost to you.
Original packaging is not required in such cases.
You will receive a replacement or a full refund.
Custom Orders:
Customised bedding is made upon request and can only be returned if faulty.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, branding, logos and product designs, is the property of Bedroommood and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bedroommood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
However, nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: intent or wilful misconduct; gross negligence; or damages arising from injury to life, body or health.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, governmental actions or disruptions in transport networks.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
However, if you are a consumer in another European Union member state, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@bedroommood.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we are willing to do so where required or where it helps resolve your complaint.
