Shipping is a very important part of our business

Everything you buy in our shop is carefully packed and safely delivered to you by trusted and respectable couriers.

All shipping is done by DPD and DHL couriers.

When is your order shipped?

All in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. If the order is placed before 12 PM (Vilnius time) we will hand over your order to the courier the same day. Please note that shipping times may be longer during sale periods due to increased order volumes.

Where do we ship and how much does it cost?

We ship worldwide. The shipping costs depend on your shipping destination. The shipping is free for all orders over €300 within Europe, and over €800 worldwide.

* Orders are not delivered to the Russian Federation and Belarus.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is counted from the moment your order is shipped. We always try to act as fast as possible, but delays might occur because of courier issues or customs clearance processes in your country. If you need an express delivery please get in touch with us.

International taxes

All taxes are included in the price at checkout for EU orders.

For orders outside the EU, any applicable duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
