Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Order our goods and they will be delivered to your doors by trusted DPD or UPS couriers.
* Orders are not delivered to the Russian Federation and Belarus.
How much shipping costs?
The shipping is free for all orders over €300.
- DPD pickup points - 5 €.
- Shipping to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland – 8 €.
- Shipping to UK & European Union - 10 €.
- Shipping to the rest of the world - 30 €.
How fast will you ship my order?
All in stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. If the order is placed before 12PM GMT we will hand over your order to the courier the same day.
When will I get my order?
- Shipping to UK & European Union – 3-7 business days.
- Shipping to the rest of the world – 5-10 business days.
The delivery time is counted from the moment your order is shipped. We always try to act as fast as possible, but delays might occur because of courier issues of customs clearance processes in your country. If you need an express delivery please get in touch with us.
Do I have to pay international taxes?
All taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout when the order is placed within EUROPEAN UNION. For the rest of the WORLD our shipping fees do not include any taxes, duties or import fees that might be applicable in your country.
Can I pay on delivery?
You can pay for your order directly to the courier if the delivery address is in Lithuania. If you want to choose this payment option please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
What are conditions for shipping to the UK after BREXIT?
If your order amount is higher than £150, a regular order will be made without any additional conditions. For orders under £150, please contact us and you will need to provide additional documents required for delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return bought item?
Yes, you can return bought items within 30 days after receiving them.
How can I return bought items?
If you want to return your order and receive a refund, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and provide us with your order number, items you wish to return and reasons why. We will guide you through the return & refund process. We will arrange the pick up of your order, so please do not send us your order back before contacting us. The return shipping is free.
The items should be in unused condition. Please note that we do not accept bedding that has been used or washed.
If the bedding was custom made for your order, we do not offer a refund option.
What items can be returned for a refund?
The items should be in unused condition and should be sent in original packaging. Include all tags and similar materials.
Will my shipping cost be refunded?
Yes, we will refund the full price that you have paid when making the order.
Can I exchange bought items?
Yes, you can exchange your items into the ones of different size or color within 30 days after receiving them if the stock is available.
For other types of exchanges, please, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the process.
What kind of items can be exchanged?
You can only exchange unused items.
Will my shipping costs be refunded, if I want to exchange an item?
No, your shipping costs related to the exchange will not be refunded.
How can I return a faulty item?
If an item has any manufacturing defects, you can return it and get a refund of your expenses. Please, contact us at email@example.com and we will guide you through the return & refund process.
How can I get a VAT refund?
Please fill in a free-form application stating that you have received the order at the indicated address and that you wish to receive a VAT refund. Email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have ordered a wrong size. What to do?
Do not worry and get in touch with us! We will exchange the product to your required size without any additional fees.
How long does it take to get my refund?
We return your money immediately after receiving the products and evaluating their quality.
Where are your bed linens made?
Our bed linens are made in the European Union. They are crafted in a small sewing workshop in Lithuania.
What fabrics are used for your bed linens?
We only use quality Egyptian cotton for our linens (both percale and sateen). The fabrics of our linen are made of long-staple cotton and have at least 300 thread count. You can learn more on Our Cotton page.
What certifications do your bed linens have?
All our cotton are Oeko-Tex® certified. Oeko-Tex® 100 Standard is an independent testing and certification system that guarantees the high safety levels of textile materials and goods. You can read more on the Oeko-Tex® website.
Do you make bed linens or resell?
Our bed linens are 100% produced by us. We design our bed linens and craft them in a sewing workshop in Lithuania. This way we can be sure of the quality of every single item we sell.
Can I order a custom-made bed linens?
Yes, you can order bed linens made especially for you. Your custom-made bed linens will be individually manufactured in our sewing workshop in Lithuania using the materials and techniques from our current collection.

How to choose colours in a Combo set?
In the first line, choose the colour of a duvet cover and 2 pillowcases then, in the second line, select the colour of the sheet and in the third line select the colour of an extra 2 pillowcases. If you prefer single-colour bedding, choose the same colour on all lines. If you want to mix additional colours, please get in touch with us.
What fitted sheet size should I choose?
You should choose the same sheet size as your mattress, we add an additional 5cm to our sheets so you don't have to worry that it will be too small. If you have a non-standard size mattress, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make a custom-made sheet for you
What kind of cotton is used for your bed linens?

What is the thread count of your bed linens?
Our cotton fabrics have at least a 300 thread count.
What is the difference between percale and sateen?
Both percale and sateen linens are made of cotton. The difference is in the way threads are woven together.
Percale has a crisp, airy feel and it has a more casual look. All our percale fabrics are stone washed for extra softness.
Sateen is more tightly woven. Its weave has more yarn surface on the face of the cloth. That’s why it turns softer and has a more lustrous look.

What is Gotland wool?
Gotland sheep provide us with truly unique wool that has a special silvery quality. The fleece of Gotland sheep has one of the most lustrous & silky fibres in the world that will perfectly protect you from cold.
Our wool items are only made of new wool. It means that the wool has strong, fine and durable fibres. New wool produces soft, warm and long-lasting items. No chemicals are used in the production process.
What is Baby Alpaca wool?
Alpacas are native to South America. Peru is most famous for these gracious animals. Usually, alpacas live on the Andes mountain range, grazing at elevations of 3000-4000 m.
Baby alpaca wool comes from the underside of the neck, where the fleece is the finest and softest. Only a fleece that is sheared when the alpacas are one-year-old is classified as baby alpaca wool.
Percale & Sateen
- Machine wash cool (30 C);
- Use mild, liquid detergent;
- Wash the same colour and fabric linens together, don’t wash with other clothing as buttons or zippers can damage cotton linens.

We are a team of bedroom fanatics from Lithuania. Our products represent our vision of a perfect bedroom. We decided to make bed linens ourselves, so we can control every single aspect of the production process.
We believe in simple things. We are fans of minimalism. We wanted colours that would gently embrace you and will not disturb you on your way towards the state of ideal sleep. But we are extremely picky when it comes to fabrics and the way things are made.

Are your products sold in any physical stores?
Yes, Bedroommood bedding can be found in Vilnius, "Būsto harmonija" salon (Kęstučio str. 59, Vilnius 08124) - you can see our product samples, compare sateen and percale and choose the colour you like from the offered colour palette.
What types of gift cards do you offer?
You can buy two types of gift cards at our shop – Digital gift cards and traditional Paper gift cards. In both cases, you can choose a different value, starting at €25.
How do I send a gift card?
A digital gift card will be delivered to you via email, so you can send it yourself. When you buy a Paper gift postcard, we will deliver it to the address indicated by you at checkout. So it could be sent either to your address, or any other place specified by you.
Do I have to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest by providing us with your email and delivery address at checkout.
Can I track the status of my order?
To see the status of your order, please set up an account at checkout.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, drop us an email at email@example.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm GMT. If you failed to process a cancellation in time, you can initiate a return & refund process once you receive your items.
How I can use Coupon or Gift Card code?
Both Coupon and Gift Card codes can be entered and applied during checkout.
What to do if I have problems placing the order?
If you face any technical problems while placing the order, please refresh the page or use another web browser. If you still can't place the order, please get in touch with us on Messenger or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
What to do if the discount code doesn't work?
The most common reason why the discount code does not work is when you try to use it for Combo sets or discounted items. These products are already discounted and a further discount does not apply.
