Alpaca wool has self-cleaning properties, so your duvet rarely needs washing. Regular airing is usually enough to keep it fresh and clean.
- Follow the care label before washing;
- Use a gentle wool cycle with a mild wool detergent (max. 40°C);
- Never use fabric softener;
- Wash separately and fill the drum only up to one-third of its capacity;
- Spin at low speed (max. 600–800 rpm);
- Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron or dry clean – heat and pressure can damage the wool fibres.
- For best results, shake and air the duvet regularly, avoiding direct sunlight. Spot clean stains with warm water.
