How do we manage our products?


The items presented on our website can be of limited stock and we reserve a right to remove any of them without prior notice. The pricing and description of the items can be updated at any time. We aim to reproduce our products as accurately as possible, but the properties of your viewing screen may affect how an item looks. We provide customization service for the products that we manufacture ourselves.

How do you order?


You can choose items from our shop and add them into the cart. If you want to close the order, you proceed to check out. Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to create a personal account. Shipping costs will be added to your order and you can securely pay using one of the provided methods. You can pay with a bank card or through PayPal. After you pay, you will receive an email confirmation of the transaction. We will also provide with shipping information via email.

Delivery


When is your order shipped?


All in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. If the order is placed before 12 PM GMT we will hand over your order to the courier the same day.
 

Where do we ship and how much does it cost?


We ship worldwide. We use trusted DPD, DHL and FedEx couriers to deliver your goods. The shipping costs depend on your shipping destination.

The shipping is free for all orders over €150.

Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia - DPD pick-up points €2,5, home delivery €5.
Continental Europe & the UK - €5.
The rest of the world: €20.
* Orders are not delivered to the Russian Federation and Belarus.

What is the delivery time?


The delivery time is counted from the moment your order is shipped. We always want you to receive your items as fast as possible, but delays might occur because of courier issues or customs clearance processes in your country.

UK & European Union 3-7 business days
Rest of the world 5-10 business days

International taxes


All taxes and duties are included (you don't have to pay any taxes or duties) in the price at checkout when the order is placed within EUROPEAN UNION.

For the rest of the WORLD, our shipping fees do not include any taxes, duties or import fees that might be applicable in your country.

Returns & Exchanges


What is our returns policy?


We want you to be 100% happy with our goods. If you are not – you can return bought items within 30 days of receiving them. If you want to return your order and receive a refund, please follow these instructions:

Contact us as soon as possible at order@bedroommood.com and provide us with your order number, items you wish to return and reasons why. We will guide you through the return & refund process.

All returned items should be unused. Please note that we do not accept bedding that has been used or washed.

Contact us at order@bedroommood.com and we will arrange the pick up of your parcel. Please do not send the items before contacting us first. The return shipping is free.

Can I exchange bought item into another one?


Yes, you can exchange certain items into the ones of a different size or colour if those are currently available.

You can exchange bought items within 30 days after receiving them. If you like to make an exchange, please, contact us at order@bedroommood.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Please note that only unused items can be exchanged.

How can I return a faulty item?


We always try to insure, that items you buy are in perfect condition. But if an item has any manufacturing defects, you can return it and get a refund of your expenses.

Events outside our control (Force Majeur)


We will not be responsible for failure to implement our obligations in case if conditions that we can’t control occur (event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, terrorist acts, governmental measures, strikes, failure of electricity or internet services, natural disasters and similar events). However we will do all what is possible to ensure that our obligations to our customers are carried out.
