What is our returns policy?
We want you to be 100% happy with our goods. If you are not – you can return bought items within 30 days after receiving them. If you want to return your order and receive a refund, please follow these instructions:
Contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and provide us with your order number, items you wish to return and reasons why. We will guide you through the return & refund process.
All returned items should be unused. Please note that we do not accept bedding that has been used or washed.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange the pick up of your parcel. Please do not send the items before contacting us first. The return shipping is free.
Can I exchange bought item into another one?
Yes, you can exchange certain items into the ones of a different size or colour if those are currently available.
You can exchange bought items within 30 days after receiving them. If you like to make an exchange, please, contact us at email@example.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Please note that only unused items can be exchanged.
How can I return a faulty item?
We always try to insure, that items you buy are in perfect condition. But if an item has any manufacturing defects, you can return it and get a refund of your expenses.
