How to wash a wool blanket?
Machine or hand wash cool (30°C);
Use mild, liquid detergent;
Gently squeeze out the water by hand or wrapping it in the towel;
Don’t dry it in sun;
Ironing is not recommended. If needed, iron it through a wet cloth.
How to dry a wool blanket?
After you washed a Gotland wool blanket, we advise you to put it on a flat surface to dry. Never put a blanket in a dryer because it could shrink and become knotted or matted. The best way to dry it is in open-air, away from direct sunlight and direct heat.
